Anonymous visitors and registered buyers may view the map, planning zones, and aggregated price indicators only. Plot-level prices and valuations are restricted to professional and investor accounts that have been manually approved by an administrator. Access is logged.
Data is provided for your own professional assessment and due diligence. You may not scrape, bulk-export, resell, or redistribute the underlying datasets, nor use automated means to extract data beyond normal interactive use. You must not attempt to bypass the access-tier controls.
Land, valuation, and transaction data may contain errors, omissions, or delays and is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. It does not constitute legal, financial, or valuation advice. Always verify against official DLS records before relying on it for any transaction.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
